How to join
The same on every platform.
- Open Valheim, choose Start Game and pick your character.
- Go to the Join Game tab, then the Community tab.
- Search for Cam's Server, select it and connect.
- Type the password: ilovemax
Can't find it on Steam?
- On the Join Game screen, turn on Crossplay and search again.
- Still not there? Choose Add server (called Join IP in some versions) and enter valheim.

Can't find it on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch or Game Pass?
- On the Join Game screen, choose Add server.
- Type the 6-digit join code from the top of this page. It changes every time the server restarts, so check here for the current one.
Good to know
- Your game has to be on the same version as the server. If it won't connect, update Valheim. The server's version shows at the top of this page while it's open.
- Characters stay on the platform you made them on. Only Xbox and the Microsoft Store PC version share characters.
- If the door's window is dark, the server is closed. Ask Cam to switch it on.
- The status can take a few minutes to catch up after the server starts or stops.
